How we met
I needed help going on a trip and I asked him for help. That’s basically how this whole thing got started
Crazy experiences
Over the years we’ve been through a lot of stuff together.
A good example is when we were flying somewhere together and we were almost in a plane crash. That was terrifying.
Another example is one that a lot of you can probably relate to. I’m that person that always feel misunderstood.
I always feel like when something is important to me, the people closest to have no idea. They just don’t understand. This guy has just been the one that gets me. He understands my crazy.
Something else we’ve been through together is the fact that I’m still not used to American weather. 
I remember the first time that I went through a really hard winter. I just wasn’t myself because I wasn’t getting enough sunshine and vitamin D. I was so low that I remember driving down the road in my little Ford Contour, and I had an odd thought. I remember thinking to myself:
“you know, the road is so icy and slippery. If I just drove off this bridge, people are just going to think it’s an accident and I won’t have to deal with this anymore”
During that time, he was there for me.
It hasn’t always been a one way thing though. There are little things that I think I’ve done for him in my little way. But it’s nothing compared to the things he’s done for me so I’m not even going to mention what those things are.
Anyway, that’s kind of how our relationship is. It’s just this awesome relationship basically. And it’s not everybody I have in my life that I can describe the relationship I have with them as awesome.
One Word
If I had to describe our relationship in 1 word, it would be precious. It’s the most precious thing to me in this world.
The reason I’m sharing all of this with you today is that the person I’m talking about is the reason for Christmas. He is the reason that Christmas exists.
Let me tell you something.
I know that a lot of you that watch my videos aren’t necessarily people that believe that Jesus ever existed and that’s okay. I just think it’s really important to share this with you because they say that behind every successful man, there is a woman.
Well, behind every successful thing I do, there is Jesus.
If you’re stressed out this holiday season, if you’re worried about different things this holiday season, stop it! Don’t worry! Because it’s not about you, it’s not about me, it’s not about us, it’s about Jesus. This holiday period is about Jesus Christ.
Random Tangent
By the way, talking about presents, I have something to show you.
These things are AMAZING! The back is adhesive and you stick this on whatever wall you want and it instantly transforms it into a lovely little chalkboard.
It’s just a way to put the things that are most important to you in front of you. I have a friend that writes down bible verses on pieces of paper that she sticks to her bedroom wall.
This would be the perfect gift for somebody like that.

If you’ve been stressing out about getting people the perfect presents, the perfect gift, the perfect this, the perfect that. I just want to remind you to put things into perspective. Put everything in perspective.
It’s okay if you don’t get people the most awesome gifts in the world. After all, the way I see it, it’s not their birthday – it’s Jesus’ birthday.
