Today I want to talk about something absolutely nobody asked me about.
I recently started (but never finished) reading Enchantment by Guy Kawasaki. Before i gave up on the book, however, he made an interesting point.
Guy basically said that one of the ways to influence or enchant people is by swearing once in a while. His instructions were to drop an F-bomb here and there in order to win peoples’ hearts.
This got me questioning why I don’t do that (at least not in public).
Why don’t I swear in public once in a while?
I was a little surprised by the answer to my own questioning.
I don’t swear in public because I know people are watching. That’s the reason.
I would hate for there to be somebody out there that starts cussing because they heard me do it. I’m really curious to hear your thoughts:
Should other people’s needs come first or to each their own?
